Our apps have their own terms. Downloading or using WellDay, PlaySmart, ImpNotes, Auto Expense Tracker or the Loni Bk Village App is governed by that app's own Terms — not by this page. See section 7.
2. What this site is
This site is an informational portfolio: it describes our studio and our apps and links to where you can get them. It has no accounts, no sign-in and no transactions. It does not provide a service beyond showing you this information.
3. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and share this site freely. You agree not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or its systems, or use automated means to overload it.
4. Intellectual property
This site and its design, text, logos, app icons and screenshots are owned by Mrutyunjay Studio and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission. App screenshots shown here depict our own apps and are for identifying and describing them.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to the Google Play Store and to our apps' own websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms or availability of any site we link to.
6. Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to keep this site available and its information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it. Product descriptions, feature lists and screenshots may become out of date as our apps change. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrutyunjay Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

The Loni Bk Village App is an independent community app. It is not an official government application and is not affiliated with any gram panchayat or government office. Its own terms set out what that means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
