These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WellDay mobile application ("the App") provided by Mrutyunjay Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
WellDay is provided to help you log and track your water, food and activity. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.
2. Accounts
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your device and Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the App.

The data you enter (water, food and goals) remains yours. You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the App's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The App, its design, logo, and content (excluding your personal data) are owned by Mrutyunjay Studio and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services including Google Sign-In, Google Firebase and Android Health Connect. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the App working reliably but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrutyunjay Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account and data. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
